At J.Alan Brand 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted an exchange or store credit. Merchandise must remain in original condition with tags attached and returned unworn without stains and/or damages. We do NOT issue refunds.
All permanently marked down items and clearance sale items are FINAL SALE.
